Never hurry winter,
Or wish away the cold.
Treasure every jewel of ice,
Or you’re rushing to be old.
Never curse a raincloud,
Or regret you’re getting wet.
Soak up every drop of life,
It’s not time for summer yet.
Never dread December,
Or count the days til June.
As years go by, you’ll realise,
The seasons come too soon.
